Urban Outfitters Returns Policy

You can either return them to the nearest Urban Outfitters store for both online and in-store purchases or mail them back to the store from anywhere.

For returning the items to a store, bring the receipt, packing list, or the order confirmation mail along with the package to the Urban Outfitters store.

For mailing your return orders:

1.       Sign in to your Urban Outfitters account and go to your order history.

2.       Select the order to be returned. Your signed-in account sets the return into action.

3.       The app will guide you to your return label.

4.       Print the returns label. Once you do that, you will receive an email with the status of your returned order.

5.       Pack your items and attach your return shipping label. Pick an insured courier facility to return your package to the store.

You can choose the shipping method to send back the items. Your return and refund will be processed if your package has the order number printed on the shipping label.

Returns Policy for Furniture

If you have changed your mind about a furniture item and want to return it to Urban Outfitters, the company requires you to contact customer care services. You cannot return furniture items to the store.

When you contact customer care, you need to provide them with your order number and the item you want to return. Customer care will then ask you to provide your convenient dates for collecting the items by the brand.

Urban Outfitters is responsible for the defects in the quality of the furniture for a whole one year of the purchase. Within that period, you can claim your refund for defective furniture.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The items to be returned should be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
  2. You register your returns request within 30 days of the purchase.
  3. Refunds for furniture returns will take up to 28 days.
  4. Return without an original sales receipt can only be exchanged with merchandise credits of the item’s retail price on the same day.
  5. European stores cannot accept your returns made online. Only the US and Canadian stores process returns and refunds for online orders.

Urban Outfitters Refund Policy

  1. Urban Outfitters will process a full refund if you return the items within 30 days of the purchase or dispatch of the package.
  2. Returns made after 30 days of the purchase or package delivery will be refunded in merchandise credits.
  3. After your return has been processed, the refund may take 1-3 business days to process.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy

Urban Outfitters does not accept returns or offer refunds for

  1. Suspected worn or used lingerie, undergarments, swimwear
  2. Facemasks and hygiene products without their original packaging and tags
  3. Earrings and piercing jewelry
  4. Gift cards
  5. Made to order and customized items

    I bought a top in the Westfield store, it doesn’t fit so I tried to return it. I have lost my receipt but was happy for an exchange, they did not have a smaller top at Westfield so I was told to go to the white city store where I was advised they had a smaller top. When I got to white city I was told they in fact did not have a smaller top in store and if I wanted the value of the top put on to a gift card I would have to go back to Westfield. I have wasted an entire day and am very unhappy. How can I exchange or refund my top without having to trek all around London please?!
