Diamond Smile Returns Policy
Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 14 days to submit a return/refund request to Diamond Smile. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now
Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.
While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.
Diamond Smile Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any specific reason for doing so. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product, based on your appointment.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform them of your decision through a clear statement. You can notify them of your decision by sending an email to support@diamondsmileteeth.uk.
Diamond Smile Refunds
They will reimburse you within 14 days from the day they receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
