Derek Rose Returns Policy
Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 30 days to submit a return/refund request to Derek Rose. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now
Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.
While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.
Derek Rose Returns
To make a return, follow the steps below:
- Click the “Return” button above and provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason for the return – your feedback is highly valued.
- If you opt for an exchange, please specify the desired size, color, or product.
- Choose whether you prefer to have your return collected from a convenient address or if you prefer to drop it off at a local DHL Express Service Point.
- Double-check that your contact number is accurate and select your international country code from the dropdown list.
- You will then receive a confirmation email containing your return instructions, return label, and any associated documents.
Derek Rose Refunds
Most purchases can be returned for an Exchange or Refund within 30 days, providing that the products are new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact.
