Damart Returns Policy

Few of the goods are non-refundable. These non-refundable products include pierced jewelry, beauty products, and underwear/swimwear if their hygiene seals are broken. Similarly, if you want to return shoes then you must try them indoors otherwise, your shoes will not be refunded. All other products are eligible for return.

You can return your goods via any of the below three methods.

• Via Post Office
• Via MyHermes (Evri) ParcelShops

If you want to send your goods to the brand then use the services of any of the above couriers and send your items to the brand and retain postage proof with yourself.

Finally, you have to cover your return shipping charges whether you are living in the UK or outside the UK.

Damart offers a full refund for items that are returned in acceptable condition. Beauty products, swimwear, and underwear and not refundable as well as pierced jewelry. Usually, your refund process will be completed within 14 days and you will receive a full refund as per your original payment method. You will be notified via email when your refund is ready.
