Dexam Returns & Refunds

Dexam Returns Policy

Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 30 days to submit a return/refund request to Dexam. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now

Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.

While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.

Dexam Returns

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you have the option to return an item if it is faulty or if you reject it for any of the following reasons: it does not match the description on their website, it is not suitable for the intended purpose or as shown, or it is of unsatisfactory quality, including durability. In such cases, they will provide a full refund for the item’s cost as well as the cost of returning it to them via first-class post.

Dexam Refunds

Once they have received your returned goods and confirmed the refund, they will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid, including the original postage cost, within 7 days. If the product is no longer available in their stock, they may offer you an alternative or provide a refund.

Please note that fair wear and tear does not entitle you to claim for any faults that may arise.
