Topman is an apparels and clothing brand based in the UK. Founded back in 1978, Topman has become a part of the British fashion and cosmetic retailer ASOS.
It initially served the residents of the UK, but now they have opened in the US too. Topman has specially made a mark with men’s fashion and clothing.

Topman Returns Policy
Topman offers returns and refunds if you are not satisfied with your Topman purchase or the items are faulty. Take your order to the nearest Topman store within 21 days of the purchase or dispatch, and the store will process your refund amount through the original payment method.
You need to bring the dispatch note or proof of the purchase, the card used to make the payment, and the cardholder.
Returning Items by Mail
Topman stores cannot refund the items bought from the concession brands. You will need to return these by mail to the Topman New Jersey warehouse. The customer will afford all costs of shipping. The warehouse should receive the parcel within 14 days of the purchase or the dispatch of the package.
The same goes for the return of misdelivered or defective items. To return items by mail, proceed as follows:
1. Log in to your Topman account and go to the ‘My orders’ section.
2. Select ‘Request a Return.’ Select the items you want to return from your order history with a reason for each.
3. Select ‘create a return,’ and the website will generate a unique returns authorization number for your order.
4. Get the returns form that initially came with the package. Fill it out along with the unique returns authorization number.
5. Stick the filled-out returns form on the parcel with the items to be returned and mail it via your local postal service to the address: The Gilbert Co./Arcadia, 1000 Riverside Dr, Keasbey, NJ 08832.
Ask your postal service for the certificate of mailing, and keep it as a reference with you till the warehouse receives your returned parcel and processes the refund.
Topman Refund Policy
1. The refund will show on the card used to make the purchase.
2. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to show on your card.
3. Topman will refund your delivery charges only when the item to be returned is faulty or was delivered by mistake by the company.
4. Topman will not refund the delivery charges if the faulty item is not the only item in the delivered package.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
Topman does not accept returns or offer refunds for the following products if the hygiene seal is broken:
