Topman Returns Policy
You have to initiate your return process within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection. If you don’t initiate your return within 28 days then you can also return your merchandise within 45 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection.
But after 28 days and before 45 days, you will be refunded with a gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for them instead of a refund as per your original method.
All items can be returned except for health and hygiene products like the brand does not offer a refund for swimwear products unless the hygiene strips and tags are in place. Also, no refund is applicable for face and body products, pierced jewelry, and underwear garments.
All returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Finally, you have to cover your return shipping charges and you will receive a full refund as per your original payment method.

If you want to process your return then you must fill out the returns section of your delivery note and then pack your parcel carefully. After this, you have to send it to Topman. Once your return parcel arrives in any of the Topman warehouse then you will be notified via email.
