Direct Stoves Returns Policy
Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 14 days to submit a return/refund request to Direct Stoves. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now
Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.
While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.
Direct Stoves Returns
If you wish to return the items you ordered, then in accordance with their legal obligations they will issue a full refund on the purchase price of the goods, subject to the goods being returned to them in the original packaging and in a good or unused condition.
- Please inform them via email (details are at the end of the policy) or another form of the durable medium within 14 days from delivery that you wish to return your order.
- Their returns team will then contact you so they can first, let you know the returns process including images, send you a returns form, let you know the costs involved, and subsequently arrange a suitable collection date.
Direct Stoves Refunds
When they or one of their agents receives the goods back, they will be checked to ensure that the goods have been returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Subject to this they will process your refund within 5-10 days (the majority are normally processed by them in the same working week. Please allow some additional time for the banking network to process the refund).
