All other products can be considered for a return if you have initiated the return process within 14 days of your delivery. For returning a faulty or defective item, you have 60 days and all the expenses will be paid by the brand. But you must notify the brand via its website before returning faulty goods.
For initiating a return, you have to provide information like order number and email address/telephone number/postcode, reason of return, correct personal details, and then send it to the brand via recorded mail service.
The process of refund is simple and easy. If you want to return a product then you have to login the returns portal on the website where you have to process your return online. After online process, repack your items carefully and send it to the brand via recorded mail service. The shipping charges for UK and Ireland will be paid by the brand. However, international consumers must pay their return shipping charges.
After the arrival and subsequent approval, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Moreover, you will be refunded according to the original payment method.
