If customers are not happy or satisfied with the purchase, they can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase with some terms. For example: You must have the original bill, original tag or label, disbursement slip, credit or debit card used, and you shouldn’t use or wash the product.

Please note that the products which come under inner/underwear categories are not eligible for return or refund.

The customer can directly return the products to a UNIQLO store. For in-store returns, along with the original bill you must give the reason for the return and clarify whether you want to return or exchange. However, if you have purchased through Paypal, you can only get a refund if you send your item via post to the warehouse (In-store return is not available).

Also, remember if you have purchased an item in-store, you have to return in-store too.

Uniqlo returns:

You have 4 options to return your item to Uniqlo. One is using Hermes ParcelShop. To return via ParcelShop, fill in the return section on your delivery note and attach the myHermes return label on your package. Then proceed to give it to a ParcelShop near your location.

If you use Collect+ or post, you will have to pay for the return (Uniqlo only pays for MyHermes returns).

Once your item is returned, you will be notified and you will receive your refunds in 15 working days.
