I received my delivery Friday £39 paid however one of the parts missing off the delivery and now unable to have this fitted as the builder cannot reschedule, I need to have the order collected again to return but hopefully not at my expense?

IKEA in the UK the BIGGEST CON ever. Their “return” policy is against the British law and their awful and arogant customer service tell you as many lies as they want to. They removed any email address from their website to avoid being contacted directly by customers. AWFUL company, disgusting Customer Service. They say you cannot return an item if it is not in an original box (sic!) although it is in original plastic and has not been used at all! This is an absurd and outrage.
