SHEIN takes care of its customers and allows them to return a product in case they receive it faulty or do not like it.
SHEIN Return Policy:
You can return your product easily to SHEIN, within 45 days after the purchase. The product(s) should not be used, worn, or washed. Return is not possible if you made any damage to the product(s). All the original tags should be attached to the product(s) upon return. The return of cosmetic products is not possible if the hygiene seal is opened. If you receive the faulty or broken product(s), you must inform customer service within 24 hours of the purchase.
The refund payment for your product(s) will be sent to you by the same payment gateway you purchase, within 10 days.
SHEIN Returns:
SHEIN always tries to make its customers happy with its products. But just in case they are not really satisfied, they can return the product(s). The return process is very easy. You can return it either by shipping it with the label the company provides upon your request or return it for free. Or you can also send it back at your own expense.
For a refund request, you must sign in to your SHEIN account and request the return. You have to explain everything and follow the information there. Once, it is successfully done, you will receive the return label which you can use to send the package back.
SHEIN Refunds:
SHEIN offers full refunds for items that are returned in their original form and in acceptable condition. Worn and washed items are not refundable. Once your returned items are approved for a refund, it will take 10 working days for you to receive the refund.

My order was split into two packages. I have received one of them. The other one I have not received and it is about £50 worth. I have tried to contact you but it is very difficult. I was told I would be contacted by the logistics team but have heard nothing. I would appreciate if the second package would be resent.
