The product(s) should not be used, worn, or washed.
Return is not possible if you made any damage to the product(s).
All the original tags should be attached to the product(s) upon return.
The return of cosmetic products is not possible if the hygiene seal is opened.
If you receive faulty or broken product(s), you must inform the customer service within 24 hours of the purchase.
The refund payment for your product(s) will be sent to you by the same payment gateway you purchase, within 10 days.
