SHEIN is one of the top international online platforms for E-commerce related to fast fashion products. It is especially famous for women’s wear but also sells men’s and kids’ clothing. It also deals with shoes, bags, and other fashion accessories. SHEIN’s customers are all around the world, specifically in the UK, Europe, the USA, Australia, and the Middle East. It was first started in the year 2008 and now it has customers in more than 200 countries around the globe.

SHEIN takes care of its customers and allows them to return a product in case they receive it faulty or do not like it.

SHEIN return policy:

You can return your product easily to SHEIN, within 45 days after the purchase. The product(s) should not be used, worn, or washed. Return is not possible if you made any damage to the product(s). All the original tags should be attached to the product(s) upon return. The return of cosmetic products is not possible if the hygiene seal is opened. If you receive faulty or broken product(s), you must inform the customer service within 24 hours of the purchase.

The refund payment for your product(s) will be sent to you by the same payment gateway you purchase, within 10 days.

SHEIN returns:

SHEIN always tries to make its customers happy with the products. But just in case they are not really satisfied, they can return the product(s). The return process is very easy. You can return it either by shipping it with the label the company provides upon your request or return it for free. Or you can also send it back at your own expense.

For a refund request, you must sign in to your SHEIN account and request the return. You have to explain everything and follow the information there. Once, it is successfully done, you will receive the return label which you can use to send the package back.

      I cannot see my order when I go into “my orders” All that is appearing is my previous order, not the latest.
      I too need to return some items so need your advice ASAP as to how I should proceed.

      ordered a dress and want to return as it’s too big I have no returns label and no printer so cant print my own cant find returns address either how am I supposed to sent item back,just keeps sending me back to same page very annoying sort it out shein.

    Despite spending £350.00 on an order, I have received the various packages, now unable to complete my return because there is no evidence in my order list of this order. Terrible customer service, please let me know how I make my returns asap or I will never purchase with you again and will make sure others don’t either.

    My order was split into two packages. I have received one of them. The other one I have not received and it is about £50 worth. I have tried to contact you but it is very difficult. I was told I would be contacted by the logistics team but have heard nothing. I would appreciate if the second package would be resent. I have been trying to sort this out for weeks and your customer service is appalling. Please help me with this matter.

    I cannot access my account to return a dress I bought. Despite several different passwords I still cannot gain access. I think I have typed in my email address wrong and that is why I cannot get into my account.
