New Look Returns Policy
If you’re from the UK, you can return the product for free even if you purchase it online or in the local stores. You can return any fashion products within 28 days, and the count starts from the date you buy the products. Any item returned after 28 days will be delivered back to you.
All the items must be in the original context. If you purchase online, you must submit the invoice along with the dispatch note. You can even return items purchased with promotional discounts.
They refund the money through the original payment methods, be it currency or cards. If you buy the products on any sale from local stores, they need to be returned in 14 days.
However, it is valid only for a credit note or any exchanges. If you buy through a third party brand, you can only return it to that particular warehouse. In this case, they refund the payment through the online portal.
