Zara returns policy:
All the returns or exchanges to Zara are possible within the time limit of 30 days from the date of purchase.
The refund payment will be sent to you using the same payment method which you use for purchase.
Return or exchanges are only possible within the same country where you purchase it.
The products you are returning should have all the stickers and should not be damaged.
Like Swimwear should be having all the hygiene stickers.
You cannot return or exchange undergarments due to hygiene reasons except a few.
Other accessories, cosmetics, and fragrances should be having the original packaging with it.
If you want to return or exchange a product you purchase from the store, you can do it directly in a nearby store by showing the receipt. It should be within the same country as your purchase. Or you can do that by using the mobile application ‘Zara App’.
You can also request for a refund or exchange online while logging in to your account or as a guest too. When the company receives and confirms your request, you will get an email with the return label. You can then return it to the nearest drop point.
