Also, no refund is applicable for face masks due to hygiene reasons. Besides, you can return those products only which are bought on the website, and for the products purchased in stores, they must be returned to the same store.
All returns are processed within 14 days and after 14 days, if you do not get your refund then you must contact the support team of the website.
Finally, if you want to return a faulty or defective item then Regatta is responsible for arranging for a full refund.

The returns section of the Regatta website is not working. Please advide I need to return 2 items as I have already bought them in the size that fits me.
I need to return a swimsuit ordered through Debenhams – all tags and hygiene strip still in place so returns and refunds should be honoured . Packing note clearly states “to print off your FREE returns label visit ….”. The address takes me to the main Regatta site as the address given does not seem to exist. I fill in my details then find I have to pay to return the goods – £3.60. Second class postage at a post office would cost less than that. Surely you cannot advertise FREE returns label then have to pay for it? I have also emailed customer service at Debenhams.
