It is a very famous and second-largest clothing brand all around the world and operates in more than 75 different countries. The company not only sells in its thousands of different stores but also sells online in many countries.
It also provides a product returns process for the customers so that to improve customer satisfaction levels.
H&M returns policy:
If you are not happy with any of the products you buy, there is an easy way to return it back. You are able to return within 30 days after your purchase. But currently due to the COVID-19 situation, the stores don’t accept direct returns.
The returns are available for garments, beauty products, and also for swimwear if the hygiene seal is not removed.
Online purchased products can only be returned through the mail and not directly in stores.
The returning products should be unused and have all the tags attached.
Returns are very easy and simple with H&M. You can return back through two possible ways. One way is to go and directly return to stores. But this option is unavailable currently due to the pandemic situation.
The other way is to send it back through the mail. For that, you can fill and use the return label you get along with the product. And send it back through any of the carrier for free such as Hermes and Royal Mail. You will get your refund within two weeks through the same payment method you use for the purchase.
