If you need to make a return, then you have to visit the Returns Portal available on the website. At the Returns Portal, you have to repack your goods and then log in to the returns portal with your order number and email. Then you have to select your preferred return option and finally post it to Misspap and keep your postal proof safe with you until you get your refund.
Though all of the UK returns are free for international returns you will need to pay for your return shipping. For international returns, you have to use a trackable postal service so that you can be able to get your refund.
It is important that if the returning items are used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, then Misspap may withhold refunds and block your account from placing orders in the future.
Finally, all the returns must be claimed within 28 days of purchase and after 28 days you can’t claim any return.
