I have returned 3 parcels vis an agent and the tracking number is not reconized
so am refused a refund with out correct paperwork. The parcels are with Hermes
so not able to retrieve for any information they require.
Kuk101089049. Return dress to you as wedding was cancelled. Received message saying I hadn’t send enough details. I sent what was in package. Sent another message to you 19 October & 1st November. And have tried several since. I am 77 yrs old suffering badly from long term covid. This is not right. I need my refund.

Hi I ordered a coat but it’s a bit to small so I would like to return it and get a bigger size instead.
