Mango Returns Policy
Most of the items are eligible for return or exchange but the following items can’t be replaced or returned.
- Face masks, protective screens, and hand sanitizers cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.
- Customized garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
- For reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs, and culottes are not accepted for return if their safety seal is broken.
All of the rest items can be returned/exchanged. You can return your goods by using any of the three return options. The first return option is store return. In-store return is the fastest return method. All you need is to take your goods to one of the nearest stores with the original delivery note. Once you provide the delivery note and goods then your refund will be made according to your original payment method.
The second method is to request home-collection at the Mango website. If you are a registered user at the site then go to the ‘Returns’ section in the My Account section and follow the steps. You will receive a confirmatory email from them containing order details and the date of collection. They will collect your goods and after the arrival of your goods at the warehouse, you will receive your refund in 3 to 12 working days.
The last option is to deliver your goods via the post office. Repack your goods and place the delivery note with it and send it to Mango via the post office. After the arrival of your goods at the warehouse, you will receive your refund in 3 to 12 working days. But in this case, you will pay the shipping charges.
For returning the goods, you have 60 days from reception of your order, after 60 days, you can’t return any of the items.
The process of refund is simple and easy. Just pack your items and keep the delivery note with them and send it to Mango via any of the three above-mentioned means.
Mango requires 3 to 12 days to credit your refund amount in your original payment method.
