Though most of the items are returnable however return is not available for some health and hygiene products. Also, if your item is soiled or tainted with makeup or any odor then such product will not be refunded.
For initiating a return, repackage your item with great care and with original labels and invoice. After repackaging fill-in the returns form present on the reverse side of your invoice and then sent it to Oh Polly via any recorded delivery service.
All returns are processed within 10 to 14 working days. After this period, Oh Polly will issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. This 10 to 14 days period is for UK customers only and the international customers have 30 days for returning their products.
But due to the current pandemic, Oh Polly has extended the UK returns period to 30 days and the international returns period to 40 days.
Finally, Oh Polly will not refund your original shipping charges but if you are returning a defective product then your shipping charges may be refunded.
