I SAW IT FIRST returns policy:

You can return an item if it doesn’t fit you within 30 days of delivery.
The sending products must not be used, worn, or washed. All the original tags should be attached to the returning products.
Some of the products like Underwear, tights, Wigs, Pierced jewelry, and others are not allowed to be returned because of hygiene reasons. Lingerie and swimwear can only be sent back if you have not removed the hygiene seal.

If you are living in the UK then the returns are totally free, both for ASDA customers and Royal Mail packages.

If you already have your ASDA toyou label with you, then you will need to attach it to your parcel and deliver it ToYou signposted return point, alternatively, you can return the item to any of the ASDA locations. If you have lost the label or if you have not received it, you can use this link to print a new one.

Your second option is to use Royal Mail to return your package. Use the return note that came with your package and fill it with the details of your item and what went wrong with it. attach the note to your package and deliver it to your nearest post office.     Absolutely shocking service. Didn’t deliver within 5 days as stated. Ordered next day delivery and didn’t arrive till 2 days afterwards. Do not use this service. Also try do not respond to emails as stated within 24hrs. Still waiting.

    Shocking.

    Been a month since I returned my items. £60 not refunded nor a refund notification however my proof of postage confirms my parcel was received 3 days after posting. Where is my refund and why does no one help on emails?!?!

      Return item through royal mail the last week od December and still no refund emailed i saw it first 4 times now and still no reply as to the whareabouts of refund very disappointed in there customer service and shall not be buying from them again
