I SAW IT FIRST returns policy:

There is an easy way of returns if you are not totally happy with a product after buying. You can return it back within 45 days now. As the time limit is currently extended due to the Covid-19 situation.
The sending products must not be used, worn, or washed. All the original tags should be attached to the returning products.
Some of the products like Underwear, Wigs, Pierced jewelry, and others are not allowed to be returned because of hygiene reasons. Swimwear can only be sent back if the hygiene seal is still present fine.

There is a very simple way to send products back and request a return from the brand.
If you are living in the UK then the returns are totally free. You can simply use the return label already given to you with your purchase. And send it along with the product within the given time frame. You can choose a carrier of your choice such as Royal Mail, ASDA, and others to send back the parcel. After the successful receiving of the returning product, you will get a confirmation email and soon the refund back.

    Absolutely shocking service. Didn’t deliver within 5 days as stated. Ordered next day delivery and didn’t arrive till 2 days afterwards. Do not use this service. Also try do not respond to emails as stated within 24hrs. Still waiting.

      Return item through royal mail the last week od December and still no refund emailed i saw it first 4 times now and still no reply as to the whareabouts of refund very disappointed in there customer service and shall not be buying from them again
