Very has a great reputation among fashion retailers, so also offers a way to return back the products after purchase.

Very Returns Policy:

You can return back the products to Very, within the duration of 28 days. But due to the latest Covid-19 situation, the duration is extended to 50 days now. All the products will be inspected upon return, so make sure they are in original condition. The returning products should have all the tags and original packaging. The products you are returning must not be used. Some of the products will not be allowed to return due to health reasons, so make sure that the hygiene seal is not broken.

Very Returns:

Very has an easy return process available. In case the customers are not happy with the products after purchase.
To return a product back, just go to your account online and request a return. There you can follow the instructions and select your preferred method. Upon successful request, you can return it in many ways. The best and easy way is to send it back through Collect+ which has the largest number of stores and collect branches. But you can also return it through the post office.

Very Refunds:

Very offers full refunds for products that are returned in acceptable condition and within the return period. All of their items are refundable and the refund takes up to 14 days. In case your refund is delayed, you can contact their customer service at 0800 11 00 00 which is available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm

    I am trying to return an item but the post office label system isn’t recognising either of my email addresses saying provide a correct email and they are correct so it won’t let me go any further with getting a returns label?
    Can you give me the returns address so I can just sent it back as normal as this system isn’t working?
