All lottery items and perishable goods, gift cards and pierced goods (earrings), face masks, hosiery or cosmetics can’t be returned and if the item to be returned is tainted with make-up, body lotions, perfumes, or body odors then that item is also not eligible for a return. All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 28 days of purchase.

You have to return your goods in unused condition and in original packaging. If you have bought the goods from any of the Wilko Store or have collected your goods from the store after online shopping then you can return it in any of the Wilko Store. However, if you have shopped online and ordered a home delivery then either you can return your goods to any of the store or can send back your items to Wilko via home pick-up by delivery partners of Wilko.

Finally, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will pay the additional return shipping charges. But for faulty goods, the brand will pay you the shipping charges in addition to a full refund.

The process of refund is simple. If you want to return a product which you have bought or collected from the store then you have to take your goods in original packaging along with proof of purchase to any of Wilko Stores. In-store refund is instant and they will refund you as per your original method.

On the other hand, if you have ordered a home delivery and want to send your items back to Wilko then repack your items and contact with customer services team of the brand. They will send you a delivery partner to collect your return parcel. Moreover, you will be refunded according to the original payment method within 5-7 working days once your parcel is received at Wilko.
