If you have changed your mind about the purchase you made or not satisfied with the product you received, you have a time limit of 30 days from the delivery. A complete refund will be done and they do not charge for the return.
VANS will refund the online purchase returns through digital gift cards only. If you do not need a refund through a digital gift card, then you should complete the return in the store. The customized products will not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If any product received from VANS is faulty or damaged then it can be returned. They offer a 2-year guarantee on their products. You can return a faulty product within 2 years and they will do a complete refund including shipping if applicable. The damage caused because of wear and tear is not accepted by VANS.

- Create a return label and pack your product and attach the label on it.
- You can either drop the product to a collection point or carriers pick from your location
- Later you will get return confirmation and a refund will be done within 3-5 working days.
