SpoiledBrat Returns Policy
Once your item has been delivered, you have 14 days to submit a cancelation/refund request to SpoiledBrat. In order to do so, you will need to write them either via email or social media.
Also, made-to-order items and customized products, and special order items are not exchangeable or returnable unless they are proven to be faulty. For faulty items, it’s best to contact their customer service team.
While all of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition and worn items are not refundable. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.
You also have an option to request a replacement in case your item is faulty. The company offers exchanges too, for which you still need to follow the instructions below to return your item.

To return an item, follow these steps:

Step 2/ Download and fill in the returns form: Return Form – Spoiled Brat
Step 3/ Pack your items, put in the form and the label, and drop off the package at the nearest Royal Mail location.
Once the item is returned to SpiledBrat, it will take them 14 days to process your refund. In case your item is received in an unacceptable condition, they will send the item back to you and you will not be eligible for a refund.
