What Is The Surfdome Return Policy? 

All the items are subjected to a 30 days return policy. They are to be returned within 30 days after the billing day. Anything you return beyond that is not accepted. 

The brand accepts all items for returns except for personalised or customised goods and intimate products like helmets due to hygiene and health reasons. 

Most personal hygiene-related products like undergarments, swimwear, and protective apparel, are returnable only if the hygiene seal is not broken. If it’s broken, they are strictly denied return.

If the products are tainted with make-up, fake tan, body moisturisers, perfumes, and other body odours are ineligible for returns. The returns must be in their original condition, unused and clean. The original package is mandatory.

All UK returns are free, while international returns are chargeable. If the item is bought as a set, it needs to be returned as a set. They do not accept partial returns, except for a few items. You must read the instructions before returning your product.

• Take products and pack them in the original packaging.

• Once the product reaches the store, you will get a notification.
• They cross-check the product and then initiate the refund. You can get the refunds within 14 days.
