All other products can be considered for a return if you have returned your goods within 14 days of receipt. For initiating a return, contact Robert Dyas customer services team and cancel your order then fill out your return form (you can create the return form or can use the one that comes with your delivery note). Then repack your goods. Now, you have three options to return your parcel. In the first one, you have to contact Robert Dyas customer services and order a home collection. If your goods weigh less than 20 kg then you have to pay 7.5 pounds collection fee and if the goods weigh more than 20 kg then you will pay 30 pounds collection fee.

Finally, you can return your online order to any of the Robert Dyas stores but before returning, you must call the store and confirm the return of your desired goods as bulky items can’t be returned to the store. On the other hand, in-store purchases should be returned to the original store only. For in-store returns, you should provide proof of purchase along with your returning goods.
You can return in-store purchases within 30 days of the purchase. And if you have received a faulty item then you must notify Robert Dyas within 48 hours and then you will have 30 days for returning the faulty item. Moreover, the chain will be responsible for the return shipping charges of the faulty goods.
