You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods. You can return your items by courier if they are small but for returning medium and large items, you must contact the customer services team of the retailer and then proceed to return as per their instructions – the courier will collect the goods from your home in this case.
If you want to return the small goods then you have to visit their online return portal and complete the online returns process. After completing the online process, create your returns label online and print it. Then repack your items with great care in the original packaging and affix the returns label with your parcel. Now send them to the retailer via DPD, Collect Plus, or via any other recorded courier service. On the other hand, if you want to return medium or large-sized goods, then you have to contact Cox & Cox customer services team. They will guide you about the return process of these items. Usually, they will hire a courier service for home collection. The courier in this case may either be DPD or DHL.
Finally, Cox & Cox will not pay return shipping charges except if the goods are faulty.
