Scotts Returns Policy
Though most of the items are returnable however return is not available for some health and hygiene products like socks, underwear, caps, and knitted hats if tried directly on the head. Also, if your item is soiled or tainted with any odor then such product will also not be refunded.
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your goods. For initiating a return, fill in the online return form and then choose your desired courier service and create your free returns label on the website. After this, repack your returning goods in original packaging and place the filled-in return form in the parcel. You can send your return parcel via any of the following courier services.

Though you can return your online order via both in-store and post but you can’t return in-store purchases via post for they are only eligible for a refund in the stores only. For an in-store return, you have to take your goods along with the order delivery note and the store staff will process your refund.
If you want to return your item or defective product, then return the parcel with its original labels and packaging after filling in the return form to the brand via any of the above-named delivery services.
