Reebok Returns Policy
Reebok offers free returns to all UK cities and localities however international consumers must pay their shipping charges and all applicable import duties, fees, and taxes. Though you can return a large number of products still there are some exceptions. The following goods are non-refundable.
- For a return, you must return your goods within 60 days of receiving the items. If you fail to send your goods will not be eligible for a refund.
- Intimate body clothing or other such products including swimwear are eligible for return if their hygiene seal is in place.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox and it must be tried indoor.
- Personalized items but you can return personalized items if they are faulty.
All other items except the above-mentioned are eligible for return. The return process is simple and is free for Brits. Just log into your account and click start a return. Then click the items or order you want to return. Then fill out your return form. Now repack your goods and add the return form. Then send it to Reebok via Royal Mail or UPS.
For items purchased in-store, repack your goods and visit any of the Reebok stores (preferably original store) along with valid proof of purchase within 60 days of receiving the items and you will be instantly refunded as per your original payment method.
If you want to process your return then you must return the parcel within 60 days of the delivery and after processing your return on the website. After receiving your return parcel, the brand will inform you via a confirmatory email.
Generally, 48 hours are required to complete the process after arrival of your parcel at one of the brand’s warehouses and you will receive your refund as per your original payment method. However, the store returns are instant.
