Premier Inn offers four types of booking- flex rate, semi-flex rate, advance rate, standard rate, and no flex rate. The company has different cancellation terms and conditions for different booking types. Let’s see how these work-

Premier Inn also has the right to cancel your booking from their end. They will cancel your booking under these conditions-
- If you don’t pay the booking charges within the specified time.
- You have breached any part of the rules/contract.
- You have previously violated any part of the rules/contract.
If the hotel cancels your bookings due to your fault where you haven’t commenced your stay, the entire payment made will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Apart from this, Premier Inn can also cancel bookings for unforeseen events like- fire, flood, health and safety issues, explosion, industrial action, the outbreak of diseases, power failure, irregular water supply, and similar events.
When your bookings are canceled under these conditions, you will receive a full refund if you make an advanced payment.
How To Cancel Your Premier Inn Booking?
Follow the steps stated below to cancel your booking at Premier Inn-
- Go to the Premier Inn official website.
- Click on Manage Booking
- Enter your booking reference number, surname, and the arrival date.
- Now click on cancel
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Within 3 to 5 days of your cancellation, you will receive your refund (if any)
If you wish to change your booking, you have to follow the same steps as above. Here in the place of cancel, you will have to click on change booking.
