Brittany Ferries has three different ticket categories – Economy, Flexi, and Standard. The cancellation charges vary for each ticket type, as mentioned in the table below.

Refunds are not applicable on
- Tickets not used in sequence or partially used tickets.
- If you have booked meals, wi-fi, or any cabin upgrades, you won’t get a refund on them.
Additionally, Brittany Ferries offer a cooling-off period of 24 hours. If you book your cancellation within 24 hours of your booking, you will get a full refund.
All the refunds are made to the original payment method you used for booking. If you want, you can take the refund in the form of vouchers.
