For returning your goods, you have to create a return by logging into your Outnet account. After creating the return, repack your return parcel with great care and the goods should be in their original packaging with labels attached. For sending your parcel to Outnet, use UPS service and keep your proof of postage with yourself until final refund.
After the arrival of your return parcel at one of the brand’s warehouses, your refund will be credited to you as per your original payment method within 3 working days of receiving your return.
