All items can be refunded except for health and hygiene products like undergarments, face masks, and swimwear unless the hygiene strips and tags are in place. All the returning items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, and in a resalable condition.

If you want to return your order then you have to fill the return section of your delivery note and then pack your goods carefully.
