Motel Rocks Return Policy

Motel Rock’s return process is made convenient through their trusted return partner. You have a 14-day window, starting from the delivery date of your parcel, to initiate a return. The return fee for this service is a nominal £1 per order. To ensure eligibility for a refund, kindly ensure that all items being returned are in brand-new condition, with the original tags still attached.

For customers returning items from Jersey or Guernsey, please be advised that a printer will be necessary for the return process. Additionally, when inputting your address, please select “United Kingdom” as your location.

How Does it Work


Please review the information below to ensure the correct process for returning your Motel items. This will help facilitate a smooth refund process without any complications.

  1. Provide your order number and the email address/telephone number/postcode associated with your billing address. Enter these details exactly as they appear on your order confirmation.

  2. Select the specific item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return. Please ensure that your return parcel only includes the items you’ve selected, and avoid combining multiple orders in one package.

  3. Verify the accuracy of your personal details.

  4. Choose your preferred shipping service for returning your order – Royal Mail or InPost.

  5. Input your card payment information.

  6. After confirming, you can either print the postage label and attach it to the front of your parcel or opt for a QR code if selected.

  7. Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and retain the postage receipt until your refund is processed.
