Monki Returns Policy
Monki offers a considerate returns policy. If you are not satisfied with any of its products then you can return it to the brand. All UK returns are free but 25 USD will be deducted for international returns.
All items can be refunded except for health and hygiene products like undergarments and pierced jewelry and swimwear unless the hygiene strips and tags are in place. Also, no refund is applicable for face masks due to hygiene reasons.
You have 30 days from the purchase to return any goods and all returns are processed within 14 days after the arrival of your products at any of the Monki warehouses.
Finally, if you want to return a faulty or defective item then Monki is responsible for arranging for a full refund and shipping charges.
Monki Returns
If you want to process your return then you must fill out the return note of your product and then pack your parcel carefully. After this, you have to send your return parcel via recorded mail service. Once your return parcel arrives in one of the Monki warehouses then you will be notified via email.
Usually, you will get an email notification after the arrival of your return parcel and in total, around 28 days are required for a complete refund in your original payment method.
