You can return most of the items including sale items but the following items can’t be returned.

  • Swimwear/Underwear: Can only be returned with the original hygiene strip in place.
  • Shoes: When trying on shoes, don’t wear these outsides as if worn outside then shoes can’t be returned.
  • Face Mask: For hygiene reasons face masks are not accepted for a return unless faulty.
  • Items that are worn out, soiled, or tainted with body odours.

All other products can be considered for a return if you have returned your goods within 28 days of receipt. For returning a faulty or defective item, you have 28 days and all the expenses will be paid by the brand. For initiating a return, fill out your return form attached with your order. After filling out the form attached it with your return parcel and posts it off to the retailer. You can send your return goods via any of the following methods.
