QVC has an easy and fast return program making returning a hassle-free experience. To return anything bought from QVC must contain the pack slips, and you must provide a reason for returning.
You get a 30-day return period after receiving your order; hence a return request made after this period won’t be accepted. To make a return request, you have to-
- Send an email to QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com with the subject QVC return.
- Your email should include the order number, item description(s), item number(s), price of each in case of multiple returns, and quantity.
QVC will deduct the return shipping charges and the return label’s cost. You won’t have to pay the shipping charges if you request an exchange or make a return request due to a QVC error or for defective item(s).

QVC Does Not Accept Returns On The Following Order Types
- Perishable things like food items.
- Products specifically made on your request.
- Periodicals or newspapers.
- Customized items.
- Unsealed goods (if you remove the seal while unboxing the product)
Once QVC receives your return package, they initiate the return within three business days; however, at times, they may require a few additional days.
