Kitbag has one of the most liberal returns policies in the UK as you can return your goods within 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase but all returning goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. If you returned the products within 14 days of the purchase then you will also receive your delivery charges. However, the following items can’t be returned.

For initiating a return, visit the returns portal of Kitbag and complete the online returns process. After completing the online returns process, create your label and print it. Now, repack your goods in original packaging and attach the return label with it. Finally, send it to Kitbag and retain your proof of postage until the final refund.
If you want to process your return then you must return the parcel with its label. After arrival and subsequent approval of your return package, you will be notified via a confirmatory email. Generally, all refunds are processed within 14 working days of the arrival of your return parcel at the retailer’s warehouse and your refund will be made as per your original payment method.
