You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your goods. You can return your items via post. But all the returning items must be unused and in a resalable condition with all tags attached.
For a return, repack your items with great care and with original labels in their original packaging and send them to Killstar via any recorded delivery service. You must include a return note inside your parcel with information like your order number, email address, reason of return, and whether you want a store credit, refund, or replacement. Finally, Killstar will not pay return shipping charges except if the goods are faulty.
