You must return or exchange your goods within 30 days of the delivery. For returning the goods, create your return label on the website. Then print it out and attach it to the parcel and then return your products via any recorded courier service and retain your postage proof until the final refund. All of the returning goods must be in original and resalable condition with all tags intact. Moreover, all of the goods must be returned in their original packaging.
