Like almost any other high-end department store, John Lewis offers flexible returns policy in order to ensure customers are satisfied. Once you decide to return your item, the whole process to the refund, should not take more than 14 days.
John Lewis returns policy:
35 days after your purchase is completed, you can request for a refund through multiple outlets. The item that you wish to return must meet these conditions: be unused or in original form e.g not defected or damaged.
You cannot return items that contain personal information such as photos, videos etc. Also, manufacture registered items will not be eligible for return.
You will need to have the receipt of your purchase when returning the item.

If you have purchased your item through their websites, you can choose to return it via post or return to any of their 51 store branches (except Heathrow). Once you properly labeled and packaged your item, you can send it via Royalmail (not all items are covered), Hermes or collect plus. For myHermes, collections is also an option.
In case you have purchased your item from a John Lewis branch, you should return it through one of their stores. In case you want to return a bulky item, you can request for home collection service. Once the item is reviewed and checked by their team, you should get your refund within 14 days.
