This famous hospitality company has introduced trouble-free booking and a cancellation policy. Do you want to cancel your booking with Hoseasons? Well, then let’s dig into the cancellation policy.
How To Cancel Hoseasons Bookings?
Lodges and Parks: Accommodation and package travel
Hoseasons can only process the cancellation once you contact them on the number shown on the booking confirmation. Or you can also request the cancellation through your online account. Only after receiving it will the cancellation process begin.
They clearly said you would have to pay the cancellation charges depending on the number of days before arrival.
However, it is mentioned that within 20 days of the start of package travel arrangements, no refund and extra charges will be paid. The cancellation charges are the same for both accommodation and package travel.
The number of days before the start date of the trip | Cancellation Charges |
More than 70 days | Full standard deposit |
57 to 70 days | 50% of the total accommodation cost |
43 to 56 days | 60% of the total accommodation cost |
29 to 42 days | 75% of the total accommodation cost |
8 to 28 days | 90% of the total accommodation cost |
Seven days or less | 95% of the total accommodation cost |
Cottages: Accommodation and Package travel
Hoseasons also offers country cottages for accommodation and package travel. Like the lodges and parks, paying the cancellation charges is mandatory.
Hoseasons will process your cancellation request only when they receive a phone call from you on the number that has been given after the booking confirmation. Or else you can try contacting them from an online account as well. The day they receive your notice is when they will cancel the booking.
The company will make no refund or extra payment for package travel within 20 days of the starting day.

However, if you want to access the 100% refund, you will have to show some authentic documents ( for example, a positive PCR report if tested COVID positive). In addition, your refundable money will be returned to you within a few working days.
