Haven is a famous chain of holiday parks in the United Kingdom. It has self-catering static caravan holiday parks with touring and camping facilities under its wings. The chain currently operates in almost 40+ sites in the UK, mainly in coastal locations.
The brand, founded in 1964, has been exponentially growing. It has different grades for its parks like Saver, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Superior based on what the holiday park can offer its customers.
While you’re booking your next holiday with Haven, it is better to be aware of the cancellation policy to address those issues. Read ahead to know all about the Haven cancellation policy.
How To Cancel The Haven Holiday?
Due to unexpected situations, you might have to cancel your bookings. At times like that, follow the steps to cancel:
- As soon as you decide to cancel, call the Haven customer care service.
- If you booked through an agent, call them and make the cancellation.
- The Haven representative will cancel your booking.
- For the refund, you will have to send written proof of why you had to cancel.
Change of Plans
There is a possibility to change plans with Haven holiday packages. The brand does its best to make sure your changes are addressed. Sometimes, your required changes might be expensive or unavailable. But if it is available, you can make the changes at a small price of EUR 20.
If you have to cancel your original packages and make changes, you need to call the Haven customer care service. There is a possibility for the prices to go up due to the season and market pressures.
Remember that you can make any changes only 56 days prior to the scheduled holiday plan, and anything after that will be considered a cancellation. If changes are not possible or you are not happy with the original bookings, they will consider it a cancellation as well.
