Geox Returns Policy
The returns process is very simple and you have to return your goods within 14 days of the delivery. For returning your goods, you have to create your return authorization number from the company by visiting the order section of your Geox account. Once you receive your return authorization number then they will email you a return performa. Print three copies of this performa and attach them to your return parcel.
After receiving your return performa, you will also receive a return label. Fill this return label and then affix it with your return parcel. Finally, send the parcel to the company via UPS or any other recorded courier service. Sending your parcel via UPS is free of cost.
After the arrival of your return parcel at one of the company’s warehouse, your refund will be credited to you as per your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. You can return almost any of the company’s products but all items must be clean, unworn and have all of their tags. However, for hygiene reasons face mask, and socks cannot be returned. Besides, you can also return the goods in any suitable packaging as original packaging is not required.
