Figleaves was established in 1998 and at the time of its launch, it was the first online retailer that specialized in lingerie. It was also one of the pioneer online female-only retailers. The brand sells items like underwear, sleepwear, and swimwear. With time, Figleaves expanded its business operations to other countries besides the UK and now it sells its women-only products to many countries of the world.
Till 25 February, Figleaves had its website but from 26 February 2021, Figleaves and associated brands shifted to a new online home (on the Simply Be website) for rationalization of its brands. If you have a pending order or a pending return then that pending orders will be settled but for more shopping, you have to create a new account on www.simplybe.co.uk
Now you can shop for your favorite lingerie from ‘simplybe.co.uk’ (previously Figleaves) and can return your order if the goods don’t make you happy for the brand has a comprehensive returns policy just like its predecessor.
Figleaves Returns Policy
You can return any product within 28 days of the purchase. The only condition for return is that the goods must be in good condition with original packaging and labels.
The process is pretty straightforward. First of all, you must have your Figleaves order ID. With the ID visit www.myhermes.co.uk/return and create your return label. After the creation of the label, print it and repack your merchandise and then send it to Simplybe (Figleaves). You can send your return parcel either via MyHermes, or via post. Remember if you are sending your return parcel via post then use recorded mail service and keep proof of your postage with you until you get the refund.
The process of refund is simple and easy. Create your free return label at MyHermes website, print it, and then place it within your return parcel. After packing you can return the parcel either via MyHermes or via recorded post. Once your parcel is received at Figleaves (now Simplybe) then you will be notified via email.
Figleaves require a maximum of 7 days to credit your refund amount and the same process is applicable for international returns.
