All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery. And if the item to be returned is tainted with make-up, fake tan, body lotions, perfumes, or body odors then the item is ineligible for a return. Besides, you must return the goods unused and in original packing with labels attached.

Finally, all the UK returns are free but for international returns, the consumer is to pay postage and other applicable charges.

The process of refund is simple and easy. If you want to return a product then you have to visit the ‘Returns Portal’ on the site and select your preferred return option that is whether you want to return in-store or via postal service. Then create your return label. After the creation of the return label, print it and place it within your return parcel. Then pack your return goods and send them to Coast.

After the arrival of your return parcel, they will send you a confirmatory email. After receiving the email, you will be refunded according to the original payment method.

Coast Refunds

Coast offers full refunds for items that are returned in their original form and in acceptable condition. Intimate products and swimwear are not refundable. It will take them 14 working days to process your refund once the products are received by their warehouse and approved for a refund. You will be notified by email when your refund is ready.
