Dunelm is one of the leading retailers for products related to home furnishings. It is present in Great Britain with a headquarter in England and has more than 170 different superstores. It not only deals with products for the bedroom but also for kitchens, bathrooms, storage, and gardens.

Dunelm returns policy:

Dunelm always tries its best to provide high-quality products to its customers. But still, if you are not happy with any product after buying, you can return it easily within a given time-frame. The normal time limit for a return is 28 days but due to the current situation of Covid-19, it is disturbed. You cannot return back the products after using or washing them. Customized products also cannot be returned. Some of the products such as mattresses, toppers, bedsheets, pillows, covers, etc cannot be returned due to health reasons. All the products must be returned with the original tags and packaging.

There is an easy and simple way to return the unwanted products back to Dunelm. There are basically two ways to return a product. Either you go to a store directly and return it. Or you ask online for a return. You can contact the customer service team and they will help you in the process. After your successful request for returns, you will get a confirmation email with details. You can send back the package through any of the carriers.     I bought a rolled memory foam mattress, which I found hurts my back and is so uncomfortable. The store said I can’t return it . I phoned customer service and they said the same . But looking online it said if I’m not happy with the rolled mattress, I can return it . I am stuck with a mattress I can’t use and can’t move it from my home .

    The curtains i purchased unfortunately are unsuitable so need to return them, but i need a return label for a courier to collect them.

    I purchased a King size duvet and matching pillow (separate)- on 21 April. Due to winter conditions I have not used them. Can I return for a full refund on 27 May? They are still in original packaging.

    I purchased 2 boxes of LSA Mist Champagne Flute today on sale at 6.25 each box. When I got home I took them out of the box and all 4 Flute stems were broken. Its a good job I checked as they were going to be given as a wedding present to a close friend.

    I also purchased Lustre Assorted Flute which were fine. I have contacted the customer services team and they are now closed. I am not happy with the purchased broken items. I will now have to return them back to Solihull branch which will be another journey costing me petrol and parking.

    I purchased 2 reversable duvet sets and a duvet all kingsize click and collect from Shrewsbury store .Have washed one of the duvet covers and the side seam is coming undone. This is really not acceptable as they were not cheap. You say you dont refund after goods are washed.
    As a 75 year old pensioner , all I can see is shoddy workmanship and feel goods should be exchanged.
