Received a faulty item from Diamantine ? or you simply do not like the new product you bought? Read below to see if you are eligible for a refund from Diamantine.
Diamantine Returns Policy:
Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 14 days to submit a return/refund request to Diamantine. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now
Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.
While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.
Please ensure that you package your item(s) back in the original packaging, with all tags attached to the unworn item(s), and with no signs of stains or odors.
For footwear returns, please place the shoe box inside the mailing bag it originally came in, and kindly refrain from taping the box itself.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, underwear or swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.
The full amount, excluding sales taxes and delivery charges, will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 days, subject to your bank’s policies. Please be aware that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded in the form of a Gift Card and not in cash.
Please note that all goods returned to The Diamantine must be unworn and in new and unused condition. Those that do not meet their criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
