Diane von Furstenberg Returns Policy:
Once your item has been delivered to you, you have 30 days to submit a return/refund request to Diane von Furstenberg. In order to do so, you will need to go to the manage orders page on their website or mobile application. Or follow this link: Submit a Return Now
Some of their special items are not returnable or refundable. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. For special items, it’s best to contact their customer service team before sending the item back, to make sure you will receive a refund.
While most of their products are refundable, the returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items will be reviewed by their team before you’re issued a refund. You must also include the original tag that came with your product in your returns package.
Diane von Furstenberg Returns:
You have the option to return items to DVF.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original form of payment or store credit unless the item is explicitly marked as a final sale during the purchase. Please be aware that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
It is important to note that all returned garments must be received at our warehouse in their original and unworn condition, with all tags attached, for the refund or exchange to be processed. Prior to accepting the return, we conduct a quality check. Please be advised that products that have been worn, altered, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Diane von Furstenberg Refunds:
Returns will be processed within a maximum of ten (10) business days upon receipt at their warehouse. Refunds should reflect in your account within approximately seven (7) business days after the return has been processed, depending on your banking institution.
